After our initial discovery call, we learned that there was much more to Turtech’s process than simply maintaining and advising on international standard playing surfaces. The process was highly scientific in planning and execution. We discovered that natural playing surfaces were living ecosystems of micro organisms – the balance of which was imperative to creating playing surfaces that were durable, lowered the impact on player injuries and adapted to the location and changing weather conditions.

Along with the scientific approach we also learned that Turftech works similarly to the teams that play on their surfaces. The staff are knowledgeable, hard working and have to work as a team to maintain the playing surfaces through a myriad of challenges. The approach to communicate this was visually representing the ‘team’ aspect of the business – to represent the brand as Irish, but with a contemporary sporting twist taking inspiration for the recent Juventus rebrand.
