Since 2010, First Choice Purchasing have grown from representing twelve hotels to now making savings for almost eight-hundred businesses across Ireland in the hotel, residential care and hospitality sectors.

The Challenge

First Choice Purchasing initially approached us in a strictly “deliverables” capacity to update their existing website in 2018. As the partnership developed, FCP’s business model evolved and we were tasked with helping them to align their strategic business goals with their brand’s growth.

FCP wanted to increase their brand awareness, explain their business proposition to potential clients and consult the companies stakeholders on the direction of the brand.

Our Approach

As with every strategic project, it was imperative to run a series of workshops to help shape the new direction of the brand. Multiple stakeholders from all levels of the business were invited to participate in these workshops to help establish FCP’s mission statement, vision statement, core values, USP, brand tone of voice, personality and their ideal buyer personas from each sector they serve. The resulting brand workshop document was used as strategic blueprint for future internal and external communications.

Buyer personas were identified in each of the hospitality, nursing home and healthcare sectors. Feedback from customers and suppliers was taken on board and the company was able to supply the relevant information and messaging to attract new business.
