EmployFlex are Flexible Work and Remote Work Specialists based in Ireland. EmployFlex find solutions for employers and employees – matching clients with flexible and remote roles to candidates seeking flexibility.

The Challenge

We were approached by EmployFlex to create a new uniformed brand identity and website for both companies. The challenge was to create a brand identity and website that would both appeal to job seekers and employers.

The identity and design had to reflect EmployFlex values whilst also reflecting the company Ireland’s premier flexible work and remote work specialists.

Our Approach

Our approach to this project was first firstly through a discovery call and meeting. In the discovery process we were able to find out more about the business, what EmployFlex did and who their target audience was comprised of. The main takeaway from the discovery was the importance of the brand matching the companies messaging and the user experience on both websites was imperative to convert visitors into leads.

The websites were built as a hub for information, events, job listings and access to employment consultancy. The sites were setup on a private cloud server with best in class speed, security, no downtime and regular back ups.
